In Connection With Art. 64, Para. 1 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Will Benefit From The Provision Of Art. 65 Par. 1 Item 1 And Item 2 Of The Ppzop And Will Not Apply Art. 64, Paragraph 2 And Paragraph 3 Of The Ppzop (Invitations For Participation Will Not Be Sent), But On The Basis Art. 65, Para. 2 Of The Ppzop, After The Entry Into Force Of This Decision, Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Selected Publishing Houses.
