The Estimated Value Of The Natural Gas Described In The Table Is For About 320 Mwh Per Year (1920 Mwh For A Period Of 60 Months), And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Use It And Does Not Owe A Penalty For It. The Estimated Budget Of The Contracting Authority For The Supply Of Natural Gas For A Period Of 60 Months Was Made On The Basis Of Actual Expenditure For The Previous Financial Period According To The Annual Act For The Supply Of Natural Gas By Citigaz Bulgaria Ead, Possessing The Following Licenses From Kevr: License No. L-209-08/03.10.2006 For The Distribution Of Natural Gas And License No. L-209-12/27.04.2009 For The Supply Of Natural Gas From Final Suppliers For The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv, Where The Sites Of Pghht-Plovdiv Are Located. The Estimated Budget Of The Contracting Authority For The Supply Of Natural Gas For A Period Of 12 /Twelve/ Months Was Made In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 8, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Is Based On The Actual Total Value Of Supplies Of The Same Type That Were Awarded In The Previous 12 Months, Adjusted For Any Changes In Quantity Or Value That Could Occur During A Period Of 12 Months After The Award Of The Order, Calculated From 01.05.2026. Up To A Month Until 04/30/2031 The Estimated Value Is Not A Limit And The Amounts Paid Under The Contract May Exceed The Announced Value, Due To The Unpredictability And Dynamism Of The Price Of Natural Gas At The Date Of The Announcement Of The Procedure And In The Long Term. The Contracting Authority Envisages An Opportunity In Its Favor To Amend The Supply Contract By Concluding An Additional Agreement In Accordance With Art. 116 Of The Civil Procedure Code Regarding The Extension Of The Term Of The Contract, In Case Of A Started And Not Completed New Procedure For Selecting A Contractor With The Same Subject, Until The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Award Of An Order Under This Subsequent Procedure.
