The Scope Of The Facilities Planned By The Ordering Party To Be Constructed Under Mrn3 Is Specified In Annex No. 12 To The Swz. 2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Inspect And Provide Written Opinions, Within 5 Calendar Days, Provided By The Designer Executing The Order For The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Of All Elements Produced In The Design Process That Are Related To The Verified And Supervised Task At Each Of Its Stages, And To Inspect Corrections Made In Accordance With The Indications; 3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Actively Participate In Meetings And Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party During The Preparation Of Design Documentation And During The Implementation Of Construction Works, As Well As In Financial Settlements And Inspections Conducted By Entities Consulting And Financing Investments And Public Administration Bodies; 4) As Part Of The Supervision Over The Proper Execution Of Design Documentation, The Supervision Inspector Will Be Obliged To:
