Tires For Heavy/Light-Duty Vehicles – Delivery Of Tires And Inner Tubes Including Transport And Tire Repair Services For The Administration And Maintenance Of Roads In The Pardubice Region. The Subject Of Performance Within The Procurement Procedure, Which Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Framework Contract, Is Continuous, Partial, Deliveries Of Tires And Inner Tubes For 840 Vehicles And Machines And Tire Repairs, Including Transport To The Fulfillment Points (Hereinafter Also Goods) And Services Consisting Of Service Intervention In The Event Of A Malfunction, Tire Defect, In The Scope Of Disassembly, Repair, Replacement, Assembly And Other Necessary Service Operations For Repair, Filling Tires With Antifreeze Liquid, Including Transport On Cd, Balancing, Assembly And Disassembly And Costs Of Consumed Material (E.G. Balancing Weights And The Like). - The Premises Of The Contracting Authority, See The Terms And Conditions In The Binding Draft Of The Framework Agreement (Annex No. 1) The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure The Take-Back Of All Used Tires Of The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Requirements Of Act No. 542/2020 Coll., On End-Of-Life Products, And The Relevant Implementing Regulations, Regardless Of The Brand, Without Being Tied To The Purchase Of A New Product And Without The Right To Payment From The Contracting Authority. All Costs Associated With Takeback And Disposal Are Included In The Price Of The Goods.
