The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of A Digital Bunker Solution, Hereinafter Referred To As The System, For The It Center Of The University Of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Codes: 30233141 (Redundant Array Of Independent Disks Raid), 51612000-5 (Information Processing Equipment Installation Services). 3. The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, Implementation And Configuration Of The System By The Contractor, 2) Training Of 3 Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Monitoring And Management Of The System. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 5. Place Of Delivery Of The System: University Of Gdańsk, Ul. Prof. Marii Janion 7, 80-309 Gdańsk. 6. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The System For A Period Of 60 Months. Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Included In § 7 Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered System Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Delivery Date. The System Must Come From A Legal Source And Be Covered By The Manufacturers Official Support, Enabling The Use Of Updates, Service And Full Functionality Of The Offered Solution. Service Support Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Contract And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including At The Installation Site At The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Origin Of The Device And Its Service Authorizations Based On Serial Numbers In The Manufacturers Systems.
