Lamo Has A Global Mission Of Technical, Economic, Financial And Legal Advice And Support To The Grand Est Region And Its Partners Within The Framework Of The Execution Of Concession Contracts Carried Out By The Companies Losange And Rosace For The Design, Construction, Operation, Maintenance, Marketing And Financing Of Two Very High Speed Public Initiative Networks In 9 Departments Of The Grand Est Region. It Will Also Support The Region In Its Digital Strategy Towards The Territories. The Expected Services Are Broken Down Into Basic Missions Which Correspond To Recurring Needs And Which Will Be Ordered Within The Framework Of A Single Purchase Order Issued And Readjusted Each Year As Part Of The Annual Roadmap, And Into Complementary Missions Which Will Be Ordered Within The Framework Of Purchase Orders As And When The Needs Of The Region And Its Partners Arise. Certain Additional Missions May Require Strong Responsiveness On The Part Of The Incumbent. Lamo Has A Global Mission Of Technical, Economic, Financial And Legal Advice And Support, So It Must Have Strong Multidisciplinary Skills (Legal, Technical, Financial And Economic) As Well As Very Good Operational Experience In Monitoring This Type Of Public Initiative Optical Fiber Network, Known As “Second Generation”.
