The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of The Replacement Of Bodies On Three Waste Collection Vehicles At The Ordering Partys Disposal. The Order Will Be Processed In Batches, Sequentially - The Replacement Of The Bodywork Will Be Performed Separately For Each Of The Three Vehicles. For The Period Of Decommissioning A Given Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Replacement Vehicle Of The Same Type And With Comparable Technical Parameters With The Xtrack System Installed On This Vehicle. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
