Fees Are Incurred On The Basis Of The Dso Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office And Their Amount Is The Same For All Customers Of The Same Tariff Group In A Given Network (Fixed And Variable Fee). Due To Technical Reasons Resulting From The Gas Receivers Owned By The Police As Well As Due To The Issued Technical Conditions For Connection To The Network, It Is Not Possible To Purchase Another Type Of Gas Through The Above-Mentioned Network. The Above Standard Specifies, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Established Quality Standards Relating To All Important Features Of The Gas Sold. Gas Fuel Is Supplied Via The Dso Network, Therefore The Gas Distribution System Operator Is Responsible For The Technical Parameters And Quality Of The Fuel In Accordance With §38 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1382).
