The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of A Brand New (I.E. Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026), Unused Channel Press For Baling Recyclable Materials With A Perforator (Hereinafter Referred To As The Press), As Well As The Provision Of Service During The Warranty Period On The Terms Specified In This Description And The Contract Template. B. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Dismantling Of The Existing Channel Press Along With Its Relocation And Storage To The Storage Location Indicated By The Ordering Party. 2. Contractual Obligations: Contractual Obligations Include In Particular: A. Delivery Of The Press To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. A Shelter Next To The Raw Material Storage Yard, B. Dismantling The Existing Channel Press Along With Its Relocation And Storage To The Storage Location Indicated By The Ordering Party, C. Assembly Of The Press, Its Installation And Commissioning Together With All The Delivered Components, D. Leaving All Parts, Elements And Devices Dismantled By The Contractor At The Disposal Of The Ordering Party, As Its Property, E. Providing The Ordering Party With Documents Prepared In Polish, In Particular:  Declaration Of Conformity (Ce Certificate - Conformité Européenne),  Operating Instructions For The Press (Min. 3 Copies In Paper Form),  List Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Services,  Technical And Operational Documentation (Dtr), F. Carrying Out Technical Start-Up, Technological Start-Up And Operational Test, As Well As Training Of The Ordering Partys Designated Staff In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Press, G. Performance Of The Service And Fulfillment Of Obligations Arising From The Granted Warranty. 3. Operational Requirements: A. The Press Must Be Able To Bale Secondary Raw Materials, In Particular Such As: Cardboard, Paper Mixture, Multi-Material Packaging (Tetra-Pak), Plastics (Hdpe, Pp), Foil, Pet Packaging. B. The Press Must Be Designed For Continuous Operation. C. The Device Will Be Operated In A Shelter Located Next To The Raw Material Storage Yard. D. The Press Must Be Adapted To Work In Variable Environmental Conditions, In Particular:  Variable Ambient Temperatures,  Increased Humidity,  Dust Typical Of Waste Processing Installations. 4. Installation Conditions And Site Visit A. The Press Will Be Installed In The Place Of The Previously Used Press, Between The Existing Structural Elements Of The Shelter. B. Due To The Existing Space Restrictions And The Need To Ensure Proper Installation And Operation Of The Device, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection. C. During The On-Site Visit, The Contractor Is Obliged To:  Make The Necessary Measurements,  Verify The Installation Conditions,  Identify Potential Construction And Technological Collisions,  Take Into Account The Existing Infrastructure When Selecting The Offered Device. D. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Selection Of Presses In A Manner That Eliminates
