Corporate Clothing – Personal Protective Equipment. This Concerns: • Ppe (Including Lab Coats, Cooking Aprons, Etc. For Students), Whereby A Distinction Is Made Between Personal Ppe (E.G. Safety Shoes For Employees, Chainsaw Trousers) And Generic Ppe (Such As Cooking Aprons Or Safety Shoes For General Use (Including Use By Pupils And Students)). In Addition To Supplying The Ppe, The Supplier Must Also Manage And Inspect The Ppe. Carrying Out Management Includes Registration And Advice On The Ppe To Ensure That The Ppe Is Used Appropriately, Complies With Legislation And Regulations And The Duty Of Care Regarding The Use Of Ppe Is Demonstrably Met. The Estimated Value Is €300,000 Per Year. The Total Estimated Value Is € 2,100,000 (7-Year Agreement). This Tender Also Includes A Maximum Value Of The Assignment. It Is Expected That This Maximum Value Will Not Be Achieved. The Client Is Entitled To Terminate The Framework Agreement If The Stated Maximum Value Has Been Spent Before The End Of The Agreed Contract Period. The Client Will Not Owe Any Costs Or Compensation To The Contractor. The Maximum Value Is €450,000 Per Year. The Total Maximum Value Is € 3,150,000 (Agreement For 7 Years).
