The Service Includes The Consultants Duties In Accordance With The Agreement, Based On The General Terms And Conditions And The Swk, In Particular: A) Supervising The Design, Verifying The Design Documentation, Its Completeness, Mutual Compliance, Making Control Calculations In Order To Find Possible Errors, B) Management, Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of The Works Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Final Payment Certificate, C) Conducting Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Cooperation In This Regard With Ordering Parties, Including, Among Others: With The Branch Director, Project Manager And The Communication Position In The Gddkia Branch, D) Fulfilling The Obligations Arising From The Procedures Contained In The Current Requirements/Guidelines For Investments Co-Financed From Eu Funds And The Current Procedures Of The Beneficiary Of Poiiś Projects For Gddkia (Or Procedures That Will Be Applied In The Next Eu Perspective), E) Providing Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Participating In Warranty Inspections And Supervising The Removal Of Possible Defects/Defects Found In Warranty Inspections Under The Concluded Contract, F) Supporting The Ordering Party As A Loyal And Conscientious Advisor In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, G) Supervising Design Work And Works In The Scope Of Additional Tasks Necessary For The Implementation Of The Contract, Arising During The Implementation Of The Contract - Granted On The Basis Of The Public Procurement Law, Constant Monitoring, Conducting And Resolving Matters Related To The Proper Performance By Individual Contractors, The Contractors Documents And Construction Works At The Junction Of Neighboring Contracts And Close Cooperation With The Consultants Teams Supervising Neighboring Investments - As A Result Of Which The Consultant Will Be Obliged To Develop The Principles And Method Of Proper Execution Of The Contractors Documents And Construction Works. If Necessary, The Ordering Party Will Appoint The Lead Consultant Responsible For The Coordination Between The Projects.
