Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Framework Agreement For Planning Services For Plant Management Projects, Supply And Disposal As Well As Road Construction For The City Of Burgdorf. In 2025, The Development Regulations For Comprehensive Development Using District Heating Were Approved By The Responsible Government Governors Office. Based On This Basis, Localnet Ag Intends To Continually Expand The City Of Burgdorfs District Heating Network. In Addition To The New District Heating Pipes, Other Supply And Disposal Pipes Are To Be Renovated Or Replaced As Required. In Order To Efficiently Plan And Implement These Projects, The Building Owners (Localnet Ag And The City Of Burgdorf) Intend To Jointly Procure A Framework Agreement With Multiple Surcharges For The Flexible And Needs-Based Retrieval Of Planning Services. As Part Of This Call For Tenders, Suitable Service Providers Are To Be Evaluated Who Will Support The Internal Project Managers Of Localnet Ag And The Construction Department Of The City Of Burgdorf In The Planning And Implementation Of Projects. The Services Include In Particular Activities Along Sia Phases 3, 4 And 5 In Connection With The Renovation And Expansion Of Factory Pipelines As Well As Road Construction In The City Of Burgdorf. Framework Contracts Should Be Concluded With Up To Five Service Providers For A Period Of 5 Years.
