The Canton Of Zurich Building Directorate, Represented By The Building Construction Office, Is Organizing A Tender On Behalf Of The Real Estate Office For The Award Of The General Planning Services (Project Planning, Tendering And Implementation) For The Complete Renovation Of Laufen Castle At The Rhine Falls In Dachsen. Laufen Castle At The Rhine Falls Is One Of The Most Important Cultural And Tourism Locations In The Canton Of Zurich And Is Now Facing A Comprehensive Renovation. The Historically Grown Complex, Whose Origins Go Back To The Middle Ages, Is Being Restored In Accordance With The Preservation Of Historical Monuments And Further Developed In A Targeted Manner. The Aim Is To Secure Long-Term Access To This Unique Cultural Asset And At The Same Time To Create A High-Quality Offering In The Areas Of Gastronomy, Hotels And Seminar And Event Use. In Addition To The Renewal Of The Existing Building Structure, The Project Includes The Expansion Of The Visitor Center And The Development Of Central Building Technology. Particular Challenges Lie In Building In Existing Buildings, Dealing With Listed Buildings And Operating Within A Highly Frequented Tourist Destination. We Are Looking For A General Planner With High Architectural, Structural And Organizational Skills And Proven Experience In The Development And Implementation Of Complex Construction Projects. The Planning Team Consistently Pursues The Specified Project Goals And Is Able To Develop, Plan And Implement A Construction Project Efficiently And Within Budget And On Schedule. It Meets The Project Requirements In The Best Possible Way And Ensures Implementation At A High Architectural Level. Applications For Participation Must Be Made In Accordance With The Information In The Submission Documents. A Maximum Of Five Participating Bidders Will Be Selected Based On The Suitability Criteria Set Out In The Submission Documents. The Offer To Be Submitted By The Selected General Planning Teams Includes The Solution To Three Property-Related Tasks As Well As An Offer For The Applicable Fee Parameters. Submitting An Application For Prequalification (1St Phase) Will Not Be Compensated. All Offers Submitted To The Building Construction Authority In Full And On Time (2Nd Phase) Will Be Compensated With A Flat Rate Of Chf 8,000 (Including Vat) Per Team.
