The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Comprehensive Contract, On The Basis Of Which The Selected Supplier Will Be Obliged To Deliver A Comprehensive Set Of Emu And Bemu Vehicles Intended For The Segment Of Regional Passenger Rail Transport. Taking Into Account The Current Conditions Of The Tender, The Contracting Authority Currently Anticipates The Delivery Of A Total Of Up To 18 Bemu 145 Vehicles And A Total Of Up To 8 Emu 145 Vehicles Intended For The Fulfillment Of Public Service Obligations According To The Conditions Of The Tender. The Total Number Of Required Vehicles May Be The Subject Of Further Negotiations Following The Development Of The Tender. The Contracting Authority Reminds That The Customer Has Reserved In The Tender Documentation The Option To (I) Reduce The Number Of Requested Bemu Type Rolling Stock From 18 To 8, Or (Ii) Possible Increase Of Emu Rolling Stock From 8 To 11.
