The Acquisition Is Included In Huss 2026 Investment Program. The Device Must Be A High-Quality Ultrasound Device Suitable For Demanding Esh-Level And Operating Room Use. The Device Is Used Sterilely During Surgeries To Produce Real-Time Ultrasound Imaging, Supporting Surgical Decision-Making, Especially In Abdominal And Soft Tissue Procedures, Both In Laparoscopic And Open Surgery. The Device Is Used During Surgery, E.G. In Orientation, Defining And Checking The Cutting Lines Throughout The Surgery. The Device Is Used To Examine The Structure Of The Liver, And The Device Must Be Suitable For Locating Tumors, Blood Vessels, Etc., And Identifying And Diagnosing Critical Anatomical Structures. To Enable The Application Areas Described Above, The Device Must Have Sterilizable Sensors Available For Both Open And Laparoscopic Surgeries.
