Recreational, Cultural And Sporting Services – Providing Ticket Sales Services For The Savoy Theater And Cultural Centers As A License Agreement For The Years 2026-2031. The City Of Helsinki, The Culture And Leisure Sector Is Looking For A Service Provider With Overall Responsibility, Who Is Responsible For Providing The Service Defined In The User License Agreement And Its Annexes In Its Entirety For The Services Of The Procurement Objects, Which Are The Savoy Theater And The Cultural Centers Of The City Of Helsinki, Caisa, Kanneltalo, Malmitalo, Stoa And Vuotalo, And, As An Option, Annantalo. The Service Package Of The Agreement Includes Ticketing For Events And Exhibitions, Services Related To Ticketing, And The Providers Marketing Support With Sales Promotion Measures In The Form Of A License Agreement, So That The Service Provider Produces The Ticketing System And Related Services As Follows: * The Providers Online Store For Ticketing And The Practical Arrangements For Ticketing * The Ticketing System Procurement Units Own Ticket Shops For 1-7 Users And System Support The Ticketing Points Are Located In The Savoy Theater, Caisa, Malmitalo, Vuotalo, Kanneltalo And Stoa, And As An Option Annantalo. Collaborators Mean All The Parties Whose Services Are Provided In The Ticketing System. * Ticket Sales Support Services For Ticket Sales Points * Ticket Seller Services * Ticket Sales Points In The Providers National Network For Ticket Redemption * National Telephone Service Including Ticket Reservation And Sales * Customer Register Maintenance * Marketing Services Including Digital Marketing Support Service (E.G.
