Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz: 3. Place Of Execution Of The Order, End User: - Provincial Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Rzeszów 4. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Must Meet All The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Be Brand New And Compliant With All Applicable Standards And Regulations. 6. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor. 7. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 8. The Order Will Be Completed On The Terms Specified In The Contract Templates, Which Constitute Annex No. 8 To This Tor. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Act On Public Procurement, The Ordering Party Indicates The Following Circumstances As The Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: - The Delivery Can Be Performed By One Contractor. - The Above Delivery Does Not Require Division Into Parts And Is Compliant With The Provisions Of The Act On Public Procurement. - The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Due To The Uniformity Of The Entire Order, Which Is The Above-Mentioned. Delivery. Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Not Affect The Number Of Potential Contractors Interested In Submitting An Offer In This Procedure. 10. The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers If Circumstances Occur That Make Further Conduct Of The Procedure Unjustified. 11. The Ordering Party Informs That Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It. 12. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Act Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. 13. If Proper Names Or Trademarks Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Means That They Are Given As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions
