The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Delivery Of 7 Pcs. Solo Electric Bus, Low Floor, Measuring 9 M (+/- 1 M) , Together With Additional Equipment To The Vehicles, Including Charging Stations, Electronic Systems And Devices Installed Inside And Outside The Vehicles For The Purpose Of Providing Information And Performing Monitoring And Diagnostics. The Planned Deliveries Are As Follows: 1. Seven (7) Electric Buses: Newly Produced, In Series Production (Unlimited Series), Low-Floor (Low-Floor Or Low-Entry), Single /Solo/, City Buses, With Two Axles, Category M3, Class I, Meeting The Requirements Regarding Buses Defined In Regulation (Eu) 2019/2144 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 November 2019 Or Ece Regulation Of The Un No. 107. The Offered Buses Must Have An Ec Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Issued By A Competent Approval Authority In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2018/858 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 Or Regulation No. 60 Of 04/24/2009 Of The Minister Of Transport For Type Approval Of New Motor Vehicles And Their Trailers. 2. Seven (7) Charging Stations: Newly Manufactured, In Series Production (Unlimited Series), Meeting The Standards For Charging Electric Vehicles And The Requirements In Directive 2014/35/Eu. The Delivery Of Each Charging Station Must Be Accompanied By An Eu Declaration Of Conformity, With Which The Manufacturer Assumes Responsibility For The Compliance Of The Electrical Equipment With The Requirements Defined In Directive 2014/35/Eu Of 26.02.2014, As Well As By The Necessary Technical Documentation. The Charging Stations Bear The Ce Mark, Which Indicates That The Manufacturer Accepts Responsibility For The Conformity Of Its Product With All Applicable Requirements Set Out In Community Harmonization Legislation. 3. The Additional Equipment To The Vehicles: Includes Electronic Systems And Devices Installed In The Vehicles And Outside Them For The Purpose Of Providing Information And Performing Monitoring And Diagnostics.
