The Unterallgäu District Is Gradually Tendering The Building And Interior Planning (§ 34 Hoai) And Outdoor Area Planning (§ 39 Hoai) For The Partial New Building Of The Mindelheim State Vocational School On Luxenhoferstrasse On Corridor No. 2268, 2268/9 And 2278, Mindelheim District, On The Western Outskirts Of Mindelheim. With The Government Of Swabia As A Funding Provider, An Additional Space Requirement Of 5,663 M2 For The Partial New Building Has Been Agreed In Advance And An Initial Spatial Plan Has Been Developed. The Property Planning Of Buildings And Open Spaces Is Summarized As An Integral, Coherent Planning Service (Section 97 Para. 4 Sentence 3 Gwb) In Order To Be Able To Best Reflect The Interaction Of The Specialist Rooms And Workshops In Their Relationship Between “Inside And Outside”. The Subject Of This Tender Is Therefore The Gradual Joint Awarding Of The Required Property Planning Services In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai As Well As The Outdoor Area Planning In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai With - Stage 1: Basic Determination (Lph 1) And Preliminary Planning (Lph 2); - Stage 2: Draft Planning (Lph 3) And Approval Planning (Lph 4); - Level 3: Implementation Planning (Lph 5), Preparation Of The Award (Lph 6) And Participation In The Award (Lph 7); - Level 4: Construction Supervision And Documentation (Lph 8) And Property Management (Lph 9).
