The Property Planning Of Buildings And Open Spaces Is Summarized As An Integral, Coherent Planning Service (Section 97 Para. 4 Sentence 3 Gwb) In Order To Be Able To Best Reflect The Interaction Of The Specialist Rooms And Workshops In Their Relationship Between “Inside And Outside”. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Awarding Of Project Management Services According To The Zvb-Ps Service Profile With - Stage 1: Project Preparation (Service Level 1); - Level 2: Preliminary Planning, Design And Approval Planning (Performance Level 2); - Level 3: Execution Preparation - Execution Planning, Preparation And Participation In The Award (Performance Level 3); - Level 4: Property Monitoring (Performance Level 4) And Project Completion (Performance Level 5).
