Motor Vehicles – Procurement Of Vehicle Maintenance Leasing And Related Services. The City Of Salo (Hereafter The Procurement Unit/Customer) Requests Bids For The Procurement Of Vehicle Maintenance Leasing And Related Services In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Goal Is That The Procurement Contract Period Starts In June-July 2026 And The Length Of The Contract Period Is Two Years From The Signing Of The Contract. The Acquisition Includes The Option To Extend The Contract On The Original Terms For Two One-Year Option Periods. The Use And Duration Of The Option Is Decided Separately. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Vehicle Maintenance Leasing Services Of The City Of Salo, Which Refers To A Comprehensive Vehicle Leasing, Rental, Maintenance And Care And Management Service, Which Also Includes The Purchase Of Vehicles. The Entire Maintenance Leasing Service Is The Operational Responsibility Of The Selected Bidder. The Provider / Service Provider Is Responsible For Providing The Service Both For The City And For All Service Users. The Object Of The Acquisition Is Maintenance Leasing Services, Which Includes All Services During The Vehicles Life Cycle, Such As Vehicle Purchase, Financing, Maintenance, Maintenance, Repairs, Supplies, Administration And Reporting And Monitoring Of Vehicle Use. The Object Of The Procurement And Its Requirements Are Described In More Detail In This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In Appendix 1 Service Description And Procurement Requirements. In This Procurement, The Term Service Provider Is Used For The Provider/Future Contract Partner Because It Better Describes The Activities During The Contract Period, Since The Procurement Includes The Overall Service Described Above And Its Management In Addition To The Vehicle Maintenance Lease.
