The Intention Of The Contracting Authority Is To Complete The New Generation Information System For The Registration Of Museum Collections Registered In Accordance With Act No. 122/2000 Coll., On The Protection Of Museum Collections And On The Amendment Of Certain Other Laws, As Amended, By June 30, 2026. The Need To Build A New Generation Is Primarily Justified By The Ongoing Modernization Of The Sw Equipment Of The Ministry Of Culture And Individual Managers Of Museum Collections, The Resulting Increase In The Need For The Scope And Form Of Mutual Electronic Communication, But Also The Modernization Of The Concept And Methodological Standards. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Completion Of A New Generation Information System. The Details Of The Public Procurement Subject Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 Zd Of The Binding Draft Of The Framework Agreement.
