Textile-Cleaning Services – Procurement Of Rental Services For Textiles Needed By Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oys Catering And Cleaning Services. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Rental, Repair And Laundry Service Of Work Clothes Needed By Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy (Hereinafter The Customer) In Its Catering And Cleaning Services, As Well As The Rental And Laundry Service Of Replacement Carpets And Cleaning Textiles And The Transportation Of All Products To The Offices Specified By The Customer. Meals And Cleaning Services Offer About 4,000 Meals Every Day In About 15 Different Kitchens In The South Savo Area And Are Responsible For Cleaning A Total Of About 85,000 Square Meters. The Total Number Of Personnel Is Approximately 160 Employees And A Varying Number Of Substitutes. Some Of The Personnel Do Combined Work And Thus Need Work Clothes For Both Kitchen And Cleaning Work. During The Contract Period, There May Be Changes In The Number Of Work Sites And Personnel. The Customer Rents Replacement Carpets For Those Properties Whose Cleaning Service Agreement Between The Customer And The Customers Customer Includes The Replacement Carpets. During The Contract Period, There May Be Changes To The Number Of Properties And Required Carpets. The Customer Rents Some Of The Cleaning Textiles He Needs For The Cleaning Work (Cleaning Towels, Mops And Other Textiles). During The Contract Period, The Quantities And Delivery Points Of The Cleaning Textiles Needed May Change. As An Option, The Customer Asks For The Possibility Of Purchasing Sleeping Bags Or Alternatively Bed Textiles (Blankets, Pillows, Sheets) For 1-3 Early Childhood Education Units. The Quantities Presented In This Request For Tender And Its Attachments Are Estimated Quantities And Serve Only As A Support For Making The Tender. The Subscriber Is Not Committed To Any Order Quantities. A Maximum Of One (1) Delivery Fee May Be Charged For Products Delivered To The Same Delivery Address, Even If The Delivery Includes Products From A Different Product Group. The Contract Period Is A Total Of Three Years And The Customer Has One Option Year, After Which The Contract Continues Indefinitely With A 12-Month Notice Period. The Service Contract Ends Automatically At The End Of The Basic Contract Period, Unless The Subscriber Has Confirmed The Use Of The Option Three Months Before The End Of The Basic Contract Period. The Intended Start Date Of The Agreement Is For Work Clothes November-December 2026 Or 1 January 2027 At The Latest. Regarding Cleaning Textiles And Replacement Carpets, The Intended Start Date Of The Contract Is 1 October 2026. However, The Start Dates Of The Contract Can Be Negotiated With The Selected Bidder. The Contract Period Is Counted From The First Delivery.
