The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Advertising And Promotional Services For The Contracting Authority Consisting Of The Presentation Of The Contracting Authority In A Sporting Environment, The Satisfaction Of Its Related Marketing Communication Needs And Also The Provision Of The Requirement To Support And Spread Sports And Physical Education Among Children And Youth, For A Period Of 54 Months. The Presentation Of The Client In The Sports Environment Will Consist Of Its Advertising Presentation In A Regionally Important And Popular Sports Sector, Through A Professional Sports Club With A Place Of Business In The Territory Of The Client, Which Represents The Region In These Sectors. The Communication Focus Of The Required Services Will Be Oriented Towards Tourism With The Aim Of Encouraging Visitors And Increasing The Attractiveness Of The City Of Jihlava And Civic Cohesion. For The Purposes Of Awarding And Fulfilling This Public Contract (With Regard To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Scope And Reach Of The Provided Advertising And Promotional Services), A Sports Club With A Place Of Business In The Territory Of The Contracting Authority Is Understood As A Professional Sports Club That Trains In The Territory Of The Statutory City Of Jihlava And Has Played At Least 15 Home Matches In At Least One Season In The Last 3 Years Before The Start Of The Tendering Procedure, With An Average Seasonal Attendance Of At Least 2,000 Spectators At Home Matches. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Will Be The Provision Of Promotional Services Consisting In Particular Of The Placement Of Advertising Logos And Business Or Other Communications Of The Client In Places Used By The Professional Sports Club, Especially On Advertising Surfaces, Boards, Etc., Or The Presentation Of The Client During Their Matches And At Other Public Events In Which The Club Participates, Or Also The Presentation Of Sports, Cultural Or Social Events Organized Or Supported By The Client In Other Appropriate Ways.
