The Customer Cannot Predict In Advance The Quantities And Different Types Of Material That Will Be Printed During The Duration Of The Public Procurement Contract. As A Result, The Press Will Order On The Fly, According To Its Actual Needs. It Does Not Guarantee To The Bidders That It Will Achieve The Quantity Or Value Specified In This Tender Documentation, And The Selected Bidder Will Not Be Entitled To Any Compensation Or Other Cost Reimbursement From This Title. The Required Characteristics Of Printing Services Are Defined In The Document Entitled Technical Specifications, Which Is An Attachment And An Integral Part Of This Tender Documentation. Bidders Must Study Them In Detail And Take Them Into Account When Preparing An Offer, And The Selected Bidder Must Also Consider Them When Executing A Public Contract. In The Case Of A Larger Shipment, Which The Client Will Not Be Able To Take Over In Full, The Selected Provider Will Have To Be Able To Store It. The Print Fee Is Considered To Include A Storage Fee Of Up To 30 Pallet Slots. A Larger Number Of Free Pallet Spaces Is Scored Within The Criteria For Awarding A Public Contract (Item 10 Of This Tender Document). Storage Details Are Set Out In Form 3 - Model Contract.
