The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design, Preparatory, Construction, Assembly Works And Other Necessary Activities Leading To The Implementation Of The Investment Called Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant And The Sanitary Sewage System Of The City Of Karpacz Partly In The Design And Build Formula And Partly In The Build Formula - Annex No. 1 To Swz (Folder). 2. Part Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Design, Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant At Ul. Nadrzeczna In Karpacz Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure - Design And Construction Works Together With The Delivery Of Equipment, On The Terms And Within The Scope Specified In The Order Documents, Including The Functional And Utility Program:  Functional And Utility Program (Part 1) - Title Page,  Functional And Utility Program (Part 2.1) - Descriptive Part - General,  Program Functional And Utility Program (Part 2.2) – Descriptive Part – Wwior,  Functional And Utility Program (Part 2.3) – Detailed Part,  Functional And Utility Program – Information Part. The Functional And Operational Program (Ffu) Was Also The Basis For Developing The Start-Up Instructions For The Modernized And Reconstructed Sewage Treatment Plant In Karpacz. The Aim Of The Study Is To Discuss The Facilities Being Put Into Operation And The Activities That Must Be Performed In Order To Bring The Sewage Treatment Plant To Full Technological Efficiency, Taking Into Account The Problems That Occur During The Start-Up Work, The Methods And Ways Of Carrying Out These Works, Paying Attention To The Difficulties That The Start-Up Participants May Encounter During The Start-Up. The Scope Of The Study Includes:  Mechanical Start-Up Instructions;  Hydraulic Start Instructions;  Technological Start-Up Instructions;  Determining The Startup Duration; In Addition, The Study Includes Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Guidelines And Recommendations. Guidelines For Adapting Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms To Legal Requirements. Guidelines For Adapting Hygienic And Sanitary Rooms (Throughput Cloakrooms). The Order Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 3. The Part Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Sanitary Sewage System Of The City Of Karpacz Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor In Accordance With The Technical Designs Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Start Construction Works But Complete Them Only After Commissioning The Part. Mechanical And Biological Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant At Ul. Nadrzeczna - Within The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Build Formula.
