Catering Services – Providing Public Catering For Fiük - Free Pick-Up. Tasks Of The Winning Bidder: - The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Provide Public Catering For The Institutions Specified In The Public Procurement Documents Operated By The Ferencváros Institutional Operations Center (Hereinafter: Bidder, Or Fiük) As Detailed In The Documentation. - The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Provide One Main Meal (Lunch) And Two Small Meals (After Ten Hours, Snack) For School-Age Children On School Days, And One Main Meal (Lunch) Per Day, And One Main Meal (Lunch) For School Employees. - The Tenderer Reserves The Right To Determine The Portion Quantities Specified In The Public Procurement Documents With A Maximum Deviation Of + 30% (Quantity Deviation). - In The Case Of Schools, The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Provide The Service On School Days (Usually From Monday To Friday). If A Law Designates A School Day For Other Days As Well, Then The Service Obligation Extends To This Day And Days As Well. - The Winning Bidder Is Also Obliged To Provide, Regardless Of The Number Of Servings Ordered For The Above Period, Three Or One Meal During School Breaks For Those On Duty And For Children Who Require Meals Based On A Prior Order. - In Order To Ensure The Freshness Of The Food, The Winning Bidder Undertakes To Deliver Its Snacks Between 06:00 And 07:00 In The Morning, Lunch Between 10:00 And 11:00 And Snacks Between 11:00 And 13:00 To The Address Of The Ordering Institutions. - The Winning Bidder Adapts The Main Meal (Lunch) To The Self-Service (Free Pick-Up) Form Of Catering For Normal Diners. Self-Service Catering: In Educational Institutions - Not Including Kindergartens - And In Vocational Training Institutions, In The Case Of Normal Catering, A Form Of Self-Picking Of Food By Consumers From A Counter Or Dining Table. - The Winning Bidder Undertakes To Provide One Type Of Soup And Two Types Of Main Course For The Lunch Main Meal. The Main Dishes In The Food Lines Of The Two Menus Cannot Contain The Same Food In Any Of Their Elements. - The Winning Bidder Undertakes To Comply With The Provisions Of The Public Catering Regulation When Compiling Menu Systems A And B. If Possible, Include Dishes From One Food Group In Different Variations On The Same Day As Menu Choices A And B. Food Group: A Group Of Different Foods Based On The Same Raw Material Used According To The Method Of Food Preparation Technology Used. - The Winning Bidder Considers It His Own Responsibility To Ensure The Expected Required Amount Of Portions Of Menus A And B. - The Winning Bidder Ensures That The Necessary Quantity Is Available For Both Menus During The Entire Duration Of The Lunch. If Any Of The Menus Are Sure To Be Sold Out During The Lunch, It Is The Responsibility Of The Successful Bidder To Replace The Food. It Is The Task Of The Catering Coordinator Delegated By The Winning Bidder To Monitor And Control Changes In Portion Numbers And To Ensure Replacement, Vol.
