As Part Of Fault Management, Integration And Monitoring Of The Cisco Product Categories Catalyst, Asr, 8000 Series Router, Isr, Sd-Wan, Aci And Wireless Are A Prerequisite. Functions Such As Root Cause Analysis, Event Correlation, Reporting, Incident Classification, Service And Device Monitoring Must Be Available For The First And Second Levels. The Latter Requires Deep Insights Into The Network Using An L2/L3 Vpn/Evpn Service View For Extensive Device Monitoring. The Network Management System Must Support The Processing Of The Following Technologies: Ipsla, Syslog, Netflow, Telemetry. Due To The Rapidly Growing Infrastructure Of Dfs, Automation Solutions Such As Zero Touch Provisioning And Software Management Are Desirable. The Solution Must Be Powerful And Scalable To Reliably Cover More Than 2,000 Components. Technical Documents Are Also Possible In English. The Maintenance Contract Including Support Covers 24X7 For At Least 3 Years.
