The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare: A) Design Documentation (Construction Design And Executive Design) Along With Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Permits, B) Perform Supervision Copyright Over The Compliance Of The Implemented Investment With The Completed Design Documentation, C) Participation In The Contract Award Procedure For The Execution Of Construction Works. 1.5. As Part Of The Contract Price, The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee For The Submitted Design Documentation And Will Transfer The Copyright To The Ordering Party Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract.
