Scope of Services The services under this contract include two phases: Study Phase: Water resources assessment studies of the Friendship Dam for irrigation; Studies for the development of 45 hectares of irrigated perimeters in the Friendship Dam area (HilbaleyArta); Technical studies for the construction of 12 boreholes (four (4) supplementary boreholes in the dam area to secure irrigation during the dry season, and eight (8) drinking water boreholes to be constructed in the regions of Ali-Sabieh (Kabah-Kabah and Guestir), Dikhil (Matoul and Dahnaaf), Tadjourah (Hallou, Balho and Wea Sagalou), and Obock (Sagar), intended for drinking water and irrigation); Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA).
