Tenders are invited for Five Years Contract for the Operation and Maintenance of the Entire OMIFCO HVAC Systems. Brief Details: The HVAC system in the complex has advanced control systems fully integrated with building management systems (BMS). These are connected to the DCS of the plant. There are around total number of 50 units. These include Chilled water systems, VRF, and DX systems, and other units including AHU, FAUs, Exhaust fans etc. The equipments are mainly of YORK, TRANE & LG Make and the control systems are supplied by HONEYWELL. The information given for guidance only and the contractor shall be responsible for making assessment of the entire system and components involved.
