Expression of Interest for Recruitment of a Consulting Firm or Study Bureau for the Implementation of Additional Modules (Functionality Extension) for the ECNSS Platform. 1 This call for expressions of interest follows the 2026 public procurement plan of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS). 2 The National Social Security Fund has secured funds within the framework of its 2026 fiscal year budget to finance the implementation of additional modules (functionality extension) for the e-CNSS platform. 3 The objective of this assignment is the implementation of new modules and their integration into the CNSS service digitization platform. 4 The duration of the assignment shall be one hundred and eighty (180) days. 5 Interested candidates are invited to express their interest in providing the services described above by furnishing information demonstrating that they are qualified to perform said services. 6 This call for expressions of interest is subject to the provisions of Decree No. 2024-1748/PRES/PM/MEF dated December 31, 2024, governing the procedures for the award, execution, and settlement of public contracts.
