Tenders are invited for Engagement of a Consultant Responsible for Revising the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Forestry Sector and for Drafting the Terms of Reference and Technical Specifications for the Third-Generation Forestry Information Management System (SIGIF 3) - "Under Emergency Procedure". Type: Call for Tenders National Restricted Amount: 56 000 000 FCFA The services covered by this consultation consist of: - Development of the updated and consolidated guide to Forestry Sector Management Plans (PSOs); - Definition of the architecture of SIGIF 3, technological choices and development methodology; - Development of the data migration strategy from SIGIF 2 to SIGIF 3; - Development of the terms of reference and specifications for SIGIF 3. The scope of these services is detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR) of this Request for Proposals (RFP). 3. Projected Cost New(Additive) The estimated cost of the operation following the preliminary studies is fifty-six million (56,000,000) FCFA including tax. 5.
