This Is Not A Request For Tender, A Procurement Notice Or A Preliminary Notice, But Rather A Notice To Start A Market Dialogue As Part Of Procurement Planning. The City Of Hyvinkää Has Started Preparations For The Acquisition Of The Bank And Payment Service And Invites Suppliers To Participate In The Market Dialogue. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Initially Payment Brokerage, Cash Management, Interest On Accounts Used In Payment Transactions, Credit Limit Attached To A Payment Business Account, And Services Related To The Management Of Account Usage Tools. The Services Are Used By The City Of Hyvinkää And The Subsidiaries Belonging To The City Group (Description Of The Group Structure At The End Of The Appendix). The Payment Operations Of The Citys Subsidiaries Are Included In This Service Procurement. The Centralization Of Services Does Not Mean That The Bank Has Exclusive Rights To The Accounts Of The Citys Financial Institutions And To Payment Traffic. The City Has The Right To Keep Individual Payment Business Accounts And Service Contracts At Other Financial Institutions In Order To Minimize The Risks Of Disruption. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Map The Market Situation Regarding The Above-Mentioned Procurement And To Obtain Information And Views From The Suppliers On The Execution Of The Tender And The Preparation Of The Request For Tender. Through Market Dialogues, The City Of Hyvinkää Strives To Familiarize Itself With Additional Services And Products That May Be Related To The Purchase, Contract Terms And Commercial Terms, Such As Pricing. Those Who Signed Up For The Market Dialogue Will Be Discussed And Tender Documents Can Be Sent To Them For Comment.
