The Hart Van Meerburg District In Leiden Is On The Eve Of An Integral Renovation Of The Public Space (Hereinafter: Project). The Project Includes The Complete Neighborhood Renewal In The Hart Van Meerburg Sub-Area. The Scope Includes: • Removal Of The Existing Mixed Sewerage And Construction Of A Separate System Including Inspection Pits, Gullies, House Connections And Drainage Facilities. • Delivery And Installation Of A Concrete Pump Pit With Pumps, Construction Of A Double Pe Ø200 Pressure Pipe And Execution Of A Horizontal Directional Drilling Under The Rijn-Schie Canal. • Reservation Of Underground Space For Future Construction Of A Heating Network In The Part Of The District Where A Heating Network Has Not Yet Been Installed. • Above-Ground Redesign: Breaking Up And Renewing Pavements, Laying Foundation Layers, Redesigning Lanes, Sidewalks And Parking Spaces, Adjusting Street Furniture And Carrying Out Green Work Including Planting.
