Tenders Are Invited For Supplying Sales Containers To Midwaste Members

Clients Acv Groep, Ede Afvalstoffendienst, Municipality Of Den Bosch Avalex The Hague Brabants Afval Team (Bat), Municipality Of Tilburg Cyclus Nv Moordrecht Dar Nv, Nijmegen Joint Arrangement Blink Municipality Of Breda, Afvalservice Municipality Of Leiden Municipality Of Oss Nv Irado, Schiedam Assignment Description A Minimum Of Two (2) And A Maximum Of Four (4) Contractors Are Contracted Within This Framework Agreement. All Selected Contractors Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Tender Documents. A Mini-Competition Is Organized For Each Specific Need For Standard Containers, During Which Only A Prize Sheet Is Awarded To All Contracted Contractors. The Contractors Must Return The Completed Price Sheet Within Five Working Days. Contracts For Standard Containers Will Be Awarded To The Contractor Who Offers The Lowest Price, Provided That The Requirements Of The Framework Agreement, The Schedule Of Requirements And The Stated Delivery And Capacity Conditions Are Met. For Special Containers, The Definition Of Which Is Clearly Laid Down In Advance In The Tender Documents, A Mini-Competition Is Also Organized For Each Specific Request Between All Contracted Contractors. In The Context Of This Mini-Competition, Additional, Project-Specific Requirements May Be Imposed, Such As Technical Specifications, Customization Or Special Implementation Conditions. The Award For Special Containers Takes Place On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender (Emvi), Where Both The Price And Any Additional Criteria, As Specified In The Tender, Are Taken Into Account. Maintenance Can Be An Optional Part Of The Tender And, If Applicable, Will Be Included In The Mini-Competition Between The Contracted Contractors. The Schedule Of Requirements Contains The Minimum Requirements That All Contractors Must Meet And These Requirements Apply As Binding Contractual Conditions For All Further Assignments Arising From This Framework Agreement.
