This Concerns A Tender Procedure For Concluding An Agreement For Ecological Maintenance Within The Creek Cultivation Project. The Municipality Of Voorne Aan Zee Is The Secretary For The Municipality Of Nissewaard And The Hollandse Delta Water Board. The Municipality Enters Into An Agreement For A Period Of Four (4) Years (Maximum 6 Years). The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is July 6, 2026 And Is Concluded For A Fixed Period Of Four (4) Years. After This, The Municipality Has The Option To Unilaterally Extend Two (2) Times One (1) Year. The Assignment Therefore Ends No Later Than July 5, 2031. The Municipality Specifically Chooses This Period Because It Is Of The Opinion That Ecological Management Requires Sustainable Efforts And The Contractor Must Be Able To Carry Out This Work Consistently Over A Longer Period. It Can Be Indicated Indicatively That The Size Of The Assignment Is Expected To Represent A Value Of A Maximum Of € 70,000 Per Year.
