Request for Proposal For Agri-Preneurs By Implementing A Farmer Service Center (Fsc) Model

Tenders are invited for Agri-Preneurs by Implementing a Farmer Service Center (FSC) Model. GNI Rwanda aims to leverage existing knowledge and empower young Agri-preneurs by providing them with the skills and resources necessary to serve as extension providers, delivering products and services to smallholder farmers. In this line, GNI Rwanda is looking for a service provider through a competition to assist in fostering the growth of Agri-preneurs by implementing a Farmer Service Center (FSC) model. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all consulting firms or consortium of firms in Rwanda with agricultural related interventions listed as the company activities on the business registration certificate The request for proposal document may be obtained from the Secretariat of Good Neighbors International- Head office located at Kicukiro district, Kagarama Sector, Kanserege cell, Bwiza village, KK 395st, Household No: 4 from 17 to 29 April, 2026 during working hours not later than 4:50 PM, upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RwF), deposited to the account No. 211-117708-1-5101-2 Account Name: Good Neighbors Rwanda open in GT Bank. Well printed proposals both technical and financial written in English, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one original and two copies must reach, in sealed envelopes at Good Neighbors International Head office, not later than 30 April 2026 at 10:00 am local time, accompanied with a bid security of One million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 RWF), issued by a reputable bank or a registered financial institution. Bidders should sign in the tender register during submission; however, late proposal shall be not received. The opening of the proposals will take place in a public session on 30 April 2026 at 10:05 am local time at Good Neighbors International Head office (Kigali).
