Tittelfisketorget I Bergen – Development, Construction And Concession Operation . Descriptionbergen Municipality Will Acquire A Partner Who Will Develop, Build And Operate Fisketorget In Bergen After A License From The Municipality (Hereafter The Contracting Authority). The Project Is Anchored In The City Councils Decision On Further Development Of Fisketorget. The City Council Decided That The Realization Of A New Concept With A Gate Building At Fisketorget, Including Operation, Should Be Put Out To Competition. The Agreement Will Apply For 10 Years From When The Building Is Erected And Is In Operational Use, With An Option For A 5-Year Extension. The Decision Is Based On The Strategy For The Development Of The Square And The Mathallen (City Council Case 241/18) And The Political Vision That The Square Should Be The Citys And The Regions Marketplace For Local And Short-Distance Products And An Attractive Meeting Place For Everyone.
