Standardized Tent/Bar Type Tents Must Be Installed, Including Balcony, Pyramidal Roof, Roof Covering And Lower Side Closures In Flame Retardant Canvas, In White, With 30 (Thirty) 03X03m Tents. Of This Total, 08 (Eight) Must Be Allocated To Local Commerce. All Tents Must Follow An Identification Standard. The Permit Holder Must Sell Popular Drink Brands, Known And Traditionally Consumed By The Public, At The Stalls, Subject To Market Values And Regional Events Held. Commercial Public Space, For Assembly/Disassembly Of Structure And Operation Of Box To Be Integrated Into The Traditional Regional Integration Party - Kobufest 2025 Which Will Be Held From 17Th To 19Th July 2026. The Area Object Of The Permission Corresponds To 850 M (Eight Hundred And Fifty Square Meters) For Installation Of Box With Structure In Resistant Q-30 Aluminum (Boxtruss), With Double Water Format, Covered With Waterproof Pvc Tarpaulin, Flame Retardant, Floor With Resistant Structure, 4-Sided Guardrail, Including Access Ladder With Handrail, Properly Assembled On Site, In Compliance With Current Regulatory Standards. The Permittee Will Be Fully Responsible For The Structuring, Operation And Maintenance Of The Cabin, Including The Direct And Indirect Expenses Necessary For The Execution Of The Object, And Must Provide: Internal And External Decoration Compatible With The Theme Of The Event, Floor Covering In Carpet Or Equivalent Material, Complete Closure Of The Space (Back/Front), Frontal Wrapping In Accordance With Previously Approved Visual Identity, Provision Of Working Staff And Restrooms Sized According To Public Estimates, Presentation Of At Least One Musical Attraction Per Night, Sound, Lighting, Equipment And Security.
