Technical Services For Preparing A Radiometric Report, With The Purpose Of Evaluating Ionizing Radiation Levels In Environments That Use Radiation Emitting Equipment, In Compliance With Current Anvisa Regulations, Especially Rdc No. 330/2019. The Service Includes Carrying Out On-Site Radiometric Measurements, With The Use Of Duly Calibrated Equipment, Covering Controlled, Free And Adjacent Areas; Analysis Of Radioprotection Conditions, Including Verification Of Existing Physical Barriers; Identification Of Possible Non-Conformities And Indication Of Corrective Measures, When Necessary; And The Issuance Of A Conclusive Technical Report, Signed By A Legally Qualified Professional, Containing The Methodology Applied, Results Obtained, Equipment Used And Other Relevant Information, Accompanied By The Respective Technical Responsibility Note (Art) Or Equivalent Document. The Radiometric Report Must Contain Information According To Rdc 330/2019: Sketches, Equipment Identification, Description Of The Instrumentation Used And Calibration, Description Of The Operating Factors Used, Estimated Maximum Workload And Usage Factors Relative To The Primary Beam Directions, Readings Taken At Points, Inside And Outside The Controlled Area. The Report Must Be Valid For 4 Years., Service Of Preparation Of A Radiological Protection Plan (Ppr) For The X-Ray Room Of The Municipal Emergency Room, Required By Rdc 611/2022 - Anvisa And Cnen. Preparation Of The Radiological Protection Plan (Ppr) For 02 Pieces Of Equipment Emitting Ionizing Radiation, Including The Complete Structure Of The Document In Accordance With Anvisa Guidelines, Especially Rdc No. 611/2022, And Cnen Standards (Cnen Nn 3.01 And Cnen Nn 6.02). The Ppr Must Cover The Detailed Description Of The Installation, Equipment And Classified Areas (Controlled And Supervised), Assessment Of Occupational And Public Risks, Definition Of Radiological Protection Measures And Procedures, Including Operational Routines, Use Of Personal Protective Equipment (Epis), Individual And Environmental Monitoring, Access Control And Signage, In Addition To Indication Of The Technical Manager And The Team Involved. It Must Also Contain A Training Schedule, Continuous Improvement Actions, Corrective Measures And A Response Plan To Radiological Emergencies. Additionally, Technical Quality Control Reports Must Be Issued For The Equipment: 01 Lotus Hf630m Dr Digital Fixed X-Ray Machine And 01 Vmi Aquila 500D Mobile X-Ray Machine. The Reports Must Include Physical And Electrical Performance Tests, Verification Of Emitted Radiation Levels, Assessment Of Image Quality (Including Resolution, Contrast And Uniformity), Dose Measurements, Check Of Beam Alignment And Other Technical Parameters, Ensuring Compliance With The Limits And Tolerances Established By Rdc No. 611/2022 And Other Applicable Standards., Rt Doctor Services (Technical Responsible - X-Ray Sector Qualification: Crm Registration With Rqe In Radiology And Diagnostic Imaging; Requirements: Ensure Compliance With Current Sanitary, Regulatory And Radiological Protection Standards; Supervise The Execution Of Diagnostic Imaging Exams, Ensuring The Technical Quality And Safety Of Procedures; Implementing, Maintaining And Monitoring The Technical And Operational Protocols Of The Service;
