Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Entry-Level Laptops

Quotation are invited for Supply of Entry-Level Laptops (31 Units) IGNITE Project. Atayeb Al Rif Cooperative (AAR), within the framework of the IGNITE Project, invites qualified suppliers and service providers to submit quotations for the supply of thirty-one (31) entry-level laptops. The IGNITE Project, implemented by the Rene Moawad Foundation (RMF) in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and funded by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), aims to empower 14 feminist-led civil society organizations to promote gender equality, girls rights, and womens leadership across Lebanon. This collaboration is formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between RMF and the participating organizations. This procurement forms part of an initiative supporting adolescent girls who have dropped out of school by providing access to essential digital tools for learning, communication, and basic administrative activities. Suppliers are kindly invited to submit their quotations in accordance with the attached technical specifications. 2. Scope of Supply The selected supplier shall be responsible for the supply and delivery of thirty-one (31) laptops that fully comply with the required technical specifications. All devices must be: Fully tested and in proper working condition Ready for immediate use upon delivery Delivered in secure and appropriate packaging 3. Submission Requirements Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following: Financial quotation (unit price and total price for 31 units) Technical compliance sheet aligned with the specifications Warranty and after-sales service details Proposed delivery timeline Company profile and relevant experience 4. Evaluation Criteria Offers will be evaluated based on: Compliance with technical specifications Price competitiveness Warranty and after-sales support Delivery timeline Supplier experience and reliability 5. General Conditions The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without justification Late submissions will not be considered Only complete submissions will be evaluated.
