Tenders are invited for Equipment for Informal Women Groups Starting Formalization. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Resilient Livelihoods and Empowerment of Rural Women Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: Successful completion as main supplier within the last 5 (five) years of at least 2 (two) contracts each valued at: - For Lot 1: 1 184 000.00 (one million one hundred eighty-four thousand) USD. - For lot 2: 204 000.00 (two hundred four thousand) USD. - For lot 3: 387 000.00 (three hundred eighty-seven thousand) USD. - For Lots 1 and 2: 1 388 000.00 (one million three hundred eighty-eight thousand) USD. - For Lots 1 and 3: 1 571 000.00 (one million five hundred seventy-one thousand) USD. - For Lots 2 and 3: 591 000.00 (five hundred ninety-one thousand) USD. - For Lots 1,2 and 3: 1 775 000.00 (one million seven hundred seventy-five thousand) USD, with nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply. Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidders country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 and 2025) to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidders financial position. As a minimum, the Bidders net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive; and The Bidder must have a minimum average annual turnover of: - For the lot 1: 2 220 000,00 (two million two hundred twenty thousand) USD; - For the lot 2: 382 000,00 (three hundred eighty-two thousand) USD; - For the lot 3: 725 000,00 (seven hundred twenty-five thousand) USD, calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last 3 (three). The qualification criterion for more than one lot is the cumulative minimum requirement for the relevant lots as specified above. 5.
