Tenders are invited for renovation of Poi Pet Referrals Hospital at MH9P+6R9, Psa Samakum Road, Krong Poi Pet, Banteay Meanchey Renovation of Poi Pet Referrals Hospital at mh9p+6r9, Psa Samakum Road, Krong Poi Pet, Banteay Meanchey, (the Works). The Construction Period is for Twenty-Four (24) Calendar Months. Average Annual Construction Turnover: The average annual volume of construction work of the successful bidder over the last three years (2022, 2023, and 2024) shall be at least US$ 13,330,000.00. Specific Similar Experience: The bidder shall submit evident confirming substantially or successfully completed experience as a prime contractor in the construction of at least Two(2) similar contracts for works of nature and complexity equivalent to the Works with contract value of not less than US$ 6,664,000.00 each within the last five (5) years prior to the bid submission date (from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2025) (to comply with this requirement, works cited should be at least 70% complete, billed and paid.
