The Scope Includes Furnishing, Installing, Servicing, And Maintaining Energy-Efficient Commercial Laundry Equipment, Including Washers, Dryers, And Related Systems. The Contractor Will Also Provide Ongoing Preventative Maintenance, Emergency Repair Services, And Technology Support For Card Or App-Based Payment Systems. The Work Will Begin Upon Contract Execution And Continue Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement, With Installation And Service Schedules Coordinated To Minimize Disruption To Residents, Especially During Peak Occupancy Periods Such As Move-In And Move-Out. Services Will Be Provided In Most On-Campus Residence Hall Locations Managed By Uhre At The University Of Louisville. This Work Ensures That Students Living In Campus Housing Have Access To Reliable, Efficient, And Accessible Laundry Facilities That Meet Safety, Sustainability, And Compliance Standards. It Supports Uhre’S Commitment To Providing A High-Quality Residential Experience For All Students. The Selected Contractor Will Collaborate With Uhre To Develop A Detailed Implementation Plan, Including Equipment Delivery, Installation Logistics, Communication With Hall Staff, And Response Timelines For Maintenance Requests. All Work Must Comply With University Policies, Ada Accessibility Requirements, And Applicable Safety And Building Regulations.
