2. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide This Order Into Parts. The Reasons For The Lack Of Division Into Parts Are Included In The Further Part Of Swz.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Investment Areas Located In The Town Of Elżbieta, Opole Lublin Commune To Plots 24/4, 24/7, 24/8, 25/3, 25/4. The Task Will Include, Among Others, Construction Works Consisting Of: 1) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With Connections To The Investment Area And Construction Of Extensions To Properties Adjacent To The Planned Sanitary Sewage Network; 2) Construction Of A Water Supply Network Equipped With Above-Ground Fire Hydrants To The Investment Area;3) Construction Of An Exit From The Provincial Road To The Investment Area Along With Renovation Of The Ditch And Construction Of A Road In The Investment Area Made Of Crushed Aggregate And Pedestrian Access To The Existing Bus Bay Along The Provincial Road.4. Note: For Clarification Purposes, We Would Like To Inform You That The Scope Of The Order Concerns The Development Of Infrastructure In The Investment Areas In Accordance With The Above. The Works Planned To Be Performed Will Be Carried Out Not Only On The Plots Covering The Investment Area But Also On Other Properties In Accordance With The Approved Construction Designs, In Particular In The Area Of ​​The Provincial Road No. 824 And 747. We Would Also Like To Inform You That The Scope Of The Design Documentation Is Broader Than The Scope Of The Order Resulting From The Swz. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: 1) Introducing Temporary And Permanent Road Traffic Organization On The Provincial Road In Connection With The Construction Of The Exit (Designs Submitted By The Ordering Party); 2) Developing, Approving And Introducing Temporary Road Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System And Water Supply Network In The Road Lanes Of The Provincial Roads; 3) Completing All Formalities Resulting From The Applicable Regulations, Including Preparing And Submitting An Application For The Occupation Of The Road Lane Voivodeships In Connection With The Works Carried Out;4) The Cost Of Developing Temporary Traffic Organization, The Cost Of Purchasing And Installing Signs For Both Temporary Traffic Organization And Permanent Road Traffic Organization, As Well As Fees For Occupying The Road Lane Of Voivodeship Roads For The Duration Of The Construction Works Provided For In This Order Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor, While The Fee For Placing The Infrastructure In The Road Lanes Of The Voivodeship Road Is Borne By The Ordering Party.6.
