Task: Revitalization Of The Municipal Cemetery In The Nowa Wieś Królewska District, Covers The Following Scope Of Activities: Basic Scope: Development Of Design Documentation And Carrying Out Construction Works In The Municipal Cemetery Located In The Nowa Wieś Królewska District At Ul. Zielona In Opole In The Design-Build Implementation Mode - In Accordance With The Terms Of Reference And The Scope Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Made Available By The Ordering Party In An Electronic Version On The Website Of The City Of Opole, Which Includes: 1.1. Development Of Project Documentation Regarding The Execution Of The Task Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Arrangements Specified By Law;1.2. Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of Hardening Communication Routes With A Mineral Surface;1.3. Exercising Authors Supervision. Within The Basic Scope. The Following Stages Are Established: A) Stage I - Preparation Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Specification Of Contract Terms And Technical And Construction Regulations. The Design Documentation Will Consist Of A Land Development Design, An Architectural And Construction Design, A Technical Design, A Dendrological Inventory With Tree Management, A Greenery Design, A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And A Bill Of Quantities. The Design Documentation, Before Obtaining The Necessary Permits Required By Law, Will Be Subject To Written Approval By The Ordering Party. B) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Hardening Of Communication Routes With A Mineral Surface, Based On Design Documentation, Together With Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. Optional Scope 1: Execution Of Works In The Field Of Fencing Installation And Small Architecture, Based On Design Documentation, Together With Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works Covered By This Scope And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Point 8 Of The Ffu). Optional Scope 2: Execution Of Works In The Field Of Tree Management And Greenery Care - Which Is Understood As The Performance Of Care Treatments Within The Tree Crowns, Based On The Design Documentation, Along With The Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works Covered By This Scope And The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Point 1.6, Point 5.2, And Fig. 2 Of The Pfu). Order Completion Date: Up To 12 Months From Signing The Contract, Including: - Basic Scope Up To 8 Months - Option Right 2 Months From The Activation Of The Option Right, Subject To § 1 Section 4-5 Of The Contract Template.
