1. Part I Of The Order - Covering The Receipt And Installation Of A Maximum Of 500 Tons Of Mineral-Asphalt Mixture.2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is As Follows: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part I Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz (Annex No. 1 To The Contract) 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sst) - Annex No. 1B To The Swz, Including: A) D - M - 00.00.00 - General Requirements, B) D - 05/03/05A - Asphalt Concrete Surface. Wearing Layer According To Wt-1 And Wt-2, C) D - 05/03/17 - Partial Renovation Of Asphalt Surfaces; 3) Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. (The Final Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer). The Warranty And Guarantee Cover All Elements Performed By The Contractor As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, In Particular Construction Works. The Warranty Covers: A) The Removal Of All Defects Present In The Item At The Time Of Receipt As Well As Those Arising During The Warranty Period, B) All Costs Related To The Performance Of Warranty Repairs, In Particular The Costs Of Materials And Labor As Well As The Costs Of Travel To The Place Of Repair, Transport And Delivery Of Construction Products And Devices, C) Costs Of Removing All Damages, Defects And Faults That Occurred During As A Result Of The Use Of Materials By The Contractor (Excluding The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Provided By The Ordering Party) Having A Hidden Defect.4.
