Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment/Furniture For Rooms Located On The Ground Floor And First Floor Of The Patio Of Building D Of The Specialist Hospital. Dr. A. Sokołowski In Wałbrzych

The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment/Furniture For The Patient Admission Point With A Temporary Deposit (Ground Floor) And The Common Room With A Meeting Place For Patients Of The Oncological Surgery Department With Their Family Or Relatives (First Floor) Within The Patio Of Building D. The Delivery Includes The Manufacture, Delivery, Unloading, Carrying, Folding, Assembly, Setting And Leveling Of All Equipment Elements In Accordance With The Attached Project (Appendix No. 1A). A Further And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As: Swz). The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Is Brand New, Does Not Have Any Traces Of Use And Is Not Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, And That All Materials Used To Produce The Subject Of The Order Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates And Have The Appropriate Required Approvals For The Finished Product, Which The Contractor Will Provide With The Subject Of The Order. The Delivered Equipment/Furniture Will Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality And Approved For Trading. Moreover, The Contractor Declares That No Piece Of Equipment/Furniture Or Any Of Its Components Is Used For Exhibition Purposes And Has Not Been Previously Used By Another Entity. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment/Furniture Be Made In Accordance With The Attached Interior Design Design, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz. An On-Site Inspection Is Required. The Ordering Party Informs That The Submission Of An Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit.
