The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing A Three-Day (3-Day) Study Visit, Including As The Main Place Of Implementation The Local Action Group Zielone Bieszczady (Based At Ul. Stefkowa 64A, 38-722 Olszanica) For 1 Group Of Participants Numbering No More Than 15 People. Above The Study Visit Is To Include At Least The Following Elements: 1. Travel By Organized Bus On The Route Bielsko-Biała/Rybnik/Rops Katowice/ Częstochowa (Assembly Points) - Local Action Group Zielone Bieszczady And Other Additional Places Indicated By The Contractor (At Least Three (3) Where Good Practices For The Activation Of Communities From Rural Areas Will Be Presented) - Return To The Assembly Places (Częstochowa/Rops Katowice/Rybnik/Bielsko-Biała), 2. Service Of The Coordinator (Who Will Be Responsible For: Comprehensive Organization Of The Visit, Contact With Rops Wsl Employees In All Organizational Matters, Correct And Planned Course Of The Visit From The Day/Time Of Departure To The Day/Time Of Return), 3. Implementation Of The Substantive Program At The Headquarters Of The Lgd Zielone Bieszczady And Additional Places, The Distance Of Additional Places Cannot Be Greater Than 50 Km From Olszanica, 4. Overnight Stay In A Facility With A Minimum Standard Of Three (3) Stars, 5. Meals In The Form Of: 2 Breakfasts, 3 Lunches, 2 Dinners, 6 Coffee Breaks (Two (2) On Each Day), 6. Personal Accident Insurance (Nnw) For Each Participant. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
